The quality of life we are experiencing these days is very unfortunate low. The environment is highly toxic and disorder like obesity has become rampant. Disorder leads to disorders, which in turn lead to more disorders, until we have anRated life. How miserable is your life? Do you have friends? How is your health?
We are not capable of running away from disorders, because we are too far down in the baskets we make. We are overweight, fatigued, and ill. Not only are we losing our edge, we are sidelines. People do not want to associate with those who have illnesses. You must drive your self to take action.
Action: You have to look at your life and determine what you can do to improve it, right now. Right now you have to make a list of changes that will take affect in the future. For example, work on your determination to achieve your goals.
Your attitude is critical,ocus, and the ultimate key to your success. When you have that commitment and focus, your success is guarantee. You must hesitate no matter what happens in life. Focus on the positive results instead of the possible void results.
Determination: When you are committed to a cause or a plan, it takes a lot of determination to stick with the plan. When you have that burning desire, you will do what is necessary to achieve your goal.
Positive Attitude: Positive attitude adds a lot to one's personality.positive attitude means lively, cheery, and interested to surroundings and people. With positive attitude, you make others feel happy, healthy, and tender. When you have this attitude, your body and mind work well and you feel well every breath of the day. One gains a lot from positive attitude.
Unconditional Love: unconditional love is love in its unassuable and priceless state. It is greater than the overflowing love of a mother, because in it, one does not only love oneself but also entire family members, friends, and strangers.

No foods added: Do not add any sauces, counting on salt, MSG, butter or relish; these are meant to perks ones flavor, and are not food. To make things simple, if the food is not adding anything to the flavor, leave it out. This is for simple-minded people.

Grass:Grass is fresh and green, meaning leafy, leaves, starchy remains of grass, and dirt. It is vital element in outdoor breathing. Breathing in fresh air, you do not only get credit for fresh air, but also the credit to stay healthy by breathing in fresh air. Adding grass to your garden is simple ways to breathe fresh, clean air, as well as add grass to your diet.
Flavors:If you want your children to play with you, if you are into healthy eating, and you want to encourage your family to be healthy, then you need to eat more green, leafy vegetables. Choose at least 5 vegetables that are of a 4 or 5 star rating, such as spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, or brussel sprouts.
